This is an abstract of the funded investment project:

On-Time Research Solutions Oy is a pioneer  company in its field, offering a multichannel communication platform as a SaaS cloud service. The company is the first and only Finnish operator that enables outbound robot calls with a "do-it-yourself" approach. Its target group includes large and medium-sized companies and organizations.

The company's growth has been impressive, particularly when measured by SaaS metrics, and it has taken its first steps toward international expansion, acquiring customers from abroad. This indicates that the market conditions are favorable for the company's growth and internationalization. The business is on a stable and healthy footing.

Now, the company is planning its next steps in growth and internationalization, which include an investment project. The goal of the project is to develop a production demo of the next-generation call robot, leveraging automation, robotics, and artificial intelligence. At the same time, the international market potential of the product in Europe will be explored, and an internationalization plan will be developed to support the company's stronger growth and expansion. The investment project will significantly raise the company's technological level and enable the introduction of a new, industry-revolutionizing product.
